1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by JRP Services Australia (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By engaging our services, submitting your details, or using our website, you (“the Candidate”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
JRP Services Australia provides:
- Consultation services
- Resume preparation and professional presentation
- Employer identification and introduction
- Interview coordination and guidance
- Communication facilitation between Candidates and employers
The Company provides consultation and facilitation services only.
We do not:
- Act as an employer
- Act as a recruitment or labour hire agency
- Provide migration advice or visa services
- Guarantee employment, sponsorship, or job placement
3. Service Engagement
The Service commences upon:
- Completion of consultation; and
- Acceptance and registration of the Candidate.
The Service is considered completed when the Candidate receives a formal employment offer from an employer introduced or facilitated by the Company.
4. Fees & Payment Structure
The total service fee is structured in milestones:
- Consultation & Preparation Stage
- Employer Liaison & Interview Coordination
Fees are payable only upon completion of each milestone.
All fees paid for completed milestones are non-refundable, as they represent services already delivered.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
The Candidate acknowledges that:
- Employment outcomes depend solely on the employer’s independent decision;
- The Company does not guarantee employment, sponsorship, or any specific outcome;
- Participation in the Service does not create any obligation on an employer to offer employment.
6. Candidate Responsibilities
The Candidate agrees to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information;
- Actively engage in the process (interviews, communication, documentation);
- Respond promptly to communication from the Company and employers;
- Conduct their own independent due diligence before accepting any employment offer.
The Candidate acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to assess and verify any employer or opportunity introduced by the Company.
7. Service Termination
The Service:
- Begins upon consultation and registration; and
- Is deemed completed upon receipt of a formal employment offer.
Termination may occur:
- By mutual agreement; or
- At the Company’s discretion where the Candidate fails to cooperate, provides false information, or does not meet service requirements.
Fees for completed milestones remain non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or outcome arising from:
- Employer decisions
- Employment conditions
- Third-party actions
- External factors beyond our control
- The Company is not responsible for:
- Employment contracts or terms
- Workplace conditions
- Employer conduct
- Visa or migration outcomes
9. Waiver & Indemnity
The Candidate:
- Acknowledges that the Company provides consultation and facilitation services only;
- Accepts that employment decisions are made solely by employers;
- Agrees to waive any claim against the Company relating to employment outcomes or third-party conduct; and
- Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, agents, and associates from any claims arising from their participation in the Service.
Nothing in this clause excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Company, including:
- Content
- Documents
- Templates
- Systems
- Branding
remain the intellectual property of the Company and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
11. Privacy
The Company collects and uses personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
By engaging our services, the Candidate consents to:
- Sharing relevant information with potential employers
- Use of information for service delivery purposes
12. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
